We have received a couple of reports of members being charged £1.02 for collecting their licenses from the sorting offices (2 seperate areas) as the postage (45p) did not cover the amount required (should of been 47p on both occasions).

The amount of licenses affected may only be the ones taken out at the club agm night as these were sent off in a bulk package with exactly 45p as the postage so we are hopeful that not too many people will be affected.

If you do happen to get charged please accept my apologies and get in touch and I will refund the amount you have been charged. The postage applicable seems to depend on the postman ~ therefore to cover any future problems the postage on each licence needs to be 50pence per licence application.
